UPS Customer Center

"Update: I have changed my review to 5 stars for this facility. Not UPS customer service they are worse than Xfinity. The supervisor of the facility was outside and I knew my package was there sitting due to moving from the old house. I walked up and ask him if he could help me. He went over and beyond to get my package to me. I am so thankful I went out of my way and asked for help even when the customer care center was close. UPS facility lost my package and the supervisor never called me back that was suppose to contact me !"

"I will no longer use any merchant that offers only UPS. Sorry Amazon but you don't offer options. I've been in the same place for 10 years and UPS consistently delivers my items to the same other house in my neighborhood. Usually at least once a month. That "neighbor" usually tries to steal the package. It's always UPS no other carrier."

"Had a package stolen by one of their employees. No picture to show they dropped a delivery of alcohol off. No signature for alcohol. Customer service rep said it was basically not their problem. Completely disgusting customer service."

"Why is it that FedEx and USPS deliver to my house but UPS drops off my packages next to my mailbox? My mailbox is a quarter mile away from my house and on a different road. I have complained by phone on three different occasions. I have also complained to customer service and they suggested to put special instructions to deliver to the house. Why should that be "special instructions" isn't delivering to the house their job?"

"Called because they updated my address to a “valid” address that wasn’t an address at all, so my packaged was being withheld. They told me I couldn’t update my address because it would involve changing my zip code (which they changed themselves) and that I would have to pick up my package from the center instead. The centers have limited hours and when I went to the one told to me by UPS, it was closed even though they were open online. They had a piece of paper on the door saying they would be closed instead of updating it online, even though the center is way out of anyone’s way."
