"I’ve been here plenty of times and I have never felt more disrespected. I’ll admit my name isn’t easy but it’s simple they always put Jada or Jade ELIJAH the guy who took my order thought it would be funny to spell it JDUH. This isn’t the first time he’s taken my order. And he rolled his eyes when I tried to fix what he got wrong when he read my order back. And he caught an attitude. The girls at the window were super nice but one had her fingers in her nose"

"This is an updated review. This location has gone down hill, sadly. I have had orders messed up regularly recently. So much so that I really don't think I'll be back to this location. I'm going to give the other locations my business. I don't want to have to keep getting out of my car to go in to get drive through orders corrected. Cold fries, incorrect orders, or of items, the list could go on..."

"Not the best Chick-fil-A for catering. I will note that this was the Saturday following Thanksgiving; however, I had a catering order that took 41 minutes after checking in to get my food. Chick-fil-A is normally good about going out of their way for accommodating inconveniences like this but this was not the case (it also was just a medium tray so nothing extreme size wise). I checked in my order (while holding my 18 month old toddler) and waited a little over 20 minutes before asking someone if something was happening with my order. They then followed that up with taking another 20 minutes to complete the order. I had a notification for when my payment went through so I do know it was exactly 41 minutes. The only thing I was offered was a cookie after that. I know weekend staff is different but this was bad."

"Went through the drive thru yesterday. Had a bad experience last month but decided to give this location another try. Even worse this time. When I pay $12 each for a combo, I expect the fries to be full. Both combos that we ordered had very few fries (almost half). Last visit and this visit, our drinks were almost all ice. When I am eating a dry chicken sandwich on a thick, dry bun, having enough to drink is essential. Only got in a few sips and was left with just crushed ice."
