She misrepresented a document which allowed the Court to release her from representing me in the middle of establishing marital assets. She abandoned me at a highly critical time. She had already been paid over $60,000 for mostly administrative work. She withdrew because I was running out of money, which is illegal and unethical in the State of Virginia. Because I was left without legal representation (at times I had no counsel), I was not allowed to call expert witnesses (any witnesses!) in a very complicated business valuation of marital assets. I struggle to survive financially for my basic needs (health care and rent.) Survival fears haunt me as my future is extremely uncertain."
