"If I can say anything good about this provider I would but I can't. I am a long time patient and have been treated like dirt after the radiologist punctured my implant on the left breast after putting a marker in and it was not even necessary. My breast had inflammation from a yeast infection. They should know what this is. I had to replace the new implant and cost me over $8000.00. Ellen would be so disappointed in this facility now. I left and would never recommend going there. 2 separate ob/gym and surgeon told me it's like Allison Imaging now."
"I left this TRASH establishment years ago when they used fear tactics and zero kindness, and took nearly a week longer than promised on results. Fast forward to now, and they’ve managed to hold up my annual report because they haven’t given my records over for a week. I can’t wait for yall to close. Shame on you, for real."
"I have been a long time patient of this place. The level of customer service has gone down! Everything about this place has changed! I scheduled my annual mammogram a year ago. They called me on Friday, November 17th to tell me they are unable to do my annual mammogram on Monday, November 20th due to renovations. As you know, it’s hard to get a mammogram appointment with short notice. If you are high risk, it’s is pertinent to have one annually. They have two locations. I don’t understand why they could not renovate one location to keep one open to see patients. Dr. Paredes was excellent. I really miss her compassion and how she treated her patients. This place has gone downhill since her passing. Hopefully things will change but at this point I will be looking for care elsewhere."
"Called last week to make an appointment and was told not seeing patients at this time. I asked when would they be seeing patients and she said she did not know. I asked what does that mean. She had no answer as for when they would be seeing patients. Then I was told by another doctors office they were closing. Picked up my records today. I don’t understand why they are not being honest with people. Dr Ellen would be so disappointed in the way they are treating patients. Been going there over 15 years. So sad and frustrating. Very rude office staff."
"Called to schedule my year mammogram they said they are not taking appointments?I’ve been going there for over 5 + years. How are they not scheduling appt for Nov they said call back the last week of October.."
