"We bought e-bike there this spring. Nice bikes, fun to use. We travel the country in a motor home and carried the bikes on the back of our towed pickup. Worked well for 3000 miles. Then the bike rack showed a defect, and one of the bikes had a handle bar drag the ground enough that the whole handle was gone. Amy not only fixed my bike but also got me a refund from the rack maker. She did not have to do it, but her persistent support for her customer has made me a customer for life. Not only that, but her maintenance techs are top notch. If you need it fixed, they can handle it."

You do not find this type of customer service these days. Pedego bikes are superior. Very well built and sturdy. I have not experienced the hydraulic breaks so smooth. Pedal Assistance gears are the smoothest in changing gears I have used. Looking for a bike this brand is one to look at you will not be sorry."

"We had so much fun renting, then riding, ebikes from these guys. Thomas was outstanding as he sized each of us up for an ebike then explained everything we all needed to know about the ebikes we'd be using for the day. The new new riders in our group were set completely at ease as everything was explained so clearly and competently. The bikes were awesome and Thomas helped set up the navigation program Pedego had already prepared for their customers to explore really cool sites and places in the Williamsburg area. This was the perfect day trip. The only snag was when one of our riders ran over something that put a hole in their ebike's tire. It took less than 15 minutes for Thomas to meet our group with a new bike so we were back on the road again. Amazing! Can't recommend these guys enough."
