"I rarely respond to surveys or post reviews due to survey fatigue and or just feeling underwhelmed by the service provided by a particular company. However, this time, I can sincerely say that I have been positively impressed with Trek Bicycle-Williamsburg for a variety of reasons. For instance, over several in-person visits and phone calls to Trek Bicycle-Williamsburg, my wife and I were treated kindly, patiently, and with the utmost respect by every employee that we have had a pleasure to speak with. When compared to some other places I have done business with who made me feel like I was annoying or bothering them, this was a refreshing surprise. Additionally, during and after each visit to Trek Bicycle-Williamsburg, my wife I discussed how we noticed that the employees treated the other customers in the store the same way that we were treated and that was with a sincere interest in understanding how to best serve them. Finally, I was impressed by the overall technical knowledge of the staff, the quantity, quality, selection, and price of the bikes and again the customer service that was provided. In closing, Trek Bicycle Williamsburg exceeded my expectations in all respects and I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business."

"Staff is awesome and helpful On bike repairs and trails in the area Came in to get my son bike repaired , which he loved but it needed way to much work , had a back up bike that needed knobby tires but unfortunately they didn’t have tires for it but we’re willing to call around and see if local shops had any , but looking into it further they informed me that his back up bike was honestly to small , what happened next made my 4year old son whole day they happened to have a bike that was donated that fitted him perfectly , and with the knowledge of the staff they directed us to a kid friendly trail. He did so awesome on his new bike Thank you for all your help and making my son so happy See you guys/gals soon"

"Betsy was awesome, not pushy and was so helpful with the wife picking out a perfect bike. Bike shop was clean and everything was out in the open and easy to check out. Went in to find the wife a step through style. Two steps through the door, she seen the bike of her dreams. Betsy was so helpful and knowledgeable. They took the bike down off top rack, adjusted seat for her size, told her to take it for a test ride, she did, perfect. Well, then I tried out a bike for me. Test rode the bike, perfect fit. Bought on the spot. Picked up next day. Shop did a thorough check-up and we picked them up. So Happy we went to TREK and stayed away from the box store. Highly recommend going here, Williamsburg, see Betsy, or anyone other staff, there're all friendly and knowledgeable. Very, very HAPPY"
