United States Postal Service 9604 Winchester Avenue, Bunker Hill, WV 25413

"Ordered through Amazon but they sent it USPS. It always gets messed up that way. Tried delivering on Sunday, the SAME DRIVER delivered one package but took the other back, then Amazon came and delivered that day. Because of snow and a problematic driveway, carriers just lay my packages off the road. I was sitting at home waiting on this package. Tried calling USPS and Amazon to ask driver to leave it with other package and was told they are closed on Sunday. If they are going to deliver on Sunday for Amazon, then they need to have a phone line open. I've called today and it takes 5-7 mins through automations just to get told lines are busy. They have moved my package to "pick up" and "on hold per customer request" and I have done no such thing!"

"Been home all day. They didn't even bother knocking on my door or ringing the door bell. Just stuck a note on the door and left. I was sitting 8 feet away I would have heard a knock and so would the dog. Absolutely ridiculous that I now have to get in my car to go get my own package because no way am I going to expect them to get it right a second time."

"They lost my Christmas Package from Germany. It had cleared Customs on Dec. 2. and disappeared from then on. 5 Month later it re-appeared. It was insured for $ 500 but no one wants to take Responsibility. Of course all the Contents was spoiled. I want to get paid for the Loss."

"Our family has had nothing but great experience with both the carriers and the staff at the Post Office in Bunker Hill. Our carrier is friendly and accommodating whenever we see her, and we've never had an issue with our mail delivery. The staff at the Post Office is also very helpful, wherever I come in to mail packages and letters for both business and personal affairs. Thanks to all of them!"

"I had a simple question. I was notified that my package had been delivered, but I could not find it anywhere. I tried to call for over a half an hour and the line was busy so I drove to the Bunker Hill, WV post office and asked about my package. The staff was very rude. Normally when I receive the notice that my package was delivered, it is at my house. She told me that that wasn't true. I know when I have checked every single time I have received a package, if it says it was delivered, it's there. She was extremely rude and condescending. She told me that it was out for delivery, but that is not what my notification said. She blew it off."
