"Worst nail experience ever! I’m new in town and been there a few times, and they did a fair job. But today was horrible. The first person to touch me did not even sit down and she was using the drill to buff the product off my nails. After cutting me 4 times, she sat. And she was distracted the whole time. Once my nails were soaking she moved me away to a different station. The new girl got me 3 more times with the drill. Then she asked if I wanted my nails shortened and I said I wanted to leave them long for the holidays but she shortened them anyhow and completely changed the shape, so then she had to shorten them even more to fix it. She knew I was unhappy, so her plan was to leave the length on my left hand. I had to actually explain to her that that I didn’t want long nails on only 1 hand. Color matching was a fiasco (found out they do NOT use OPI so be warned about that). When she finally got the color sort of right, it turns out they didn’t have the powder and they wanted extra money to do clear dip with polish. Then she starts to apply the polish but the bottle was empty. The entire experience was awful. I also had a pedicure in the most hard uncomfortable chair ever. By the end, I was in pain instead of relaxed. Never going there again!"

"Love my nails they look great! Came off a recommendation of a friend and they did amazing. I love the shape and color of my nails, I feel confident to ask them for another design now that I know they do a great job. The place is very clean, they have lots of color options which I liked, especially lots of neutrals which is my go to, I was going elsewhere where colors were limited. They were also very quick, considering it was a fill and change of color my nails look like new! I did schedule an appt in advance, and my appt went smooth. Thank you!"
