"So initially I bout a knife off of there website, unfortunately the description of the knife I bought accidentally had a different knives description so I didn’t get the knife I thought I was. Thankfully all it took to fix it was a quick phone call! I spoke with the employees at there shop and they said they would be happy to swap out the knife I got with a different one. So I took a drive up to the actual store, when I got there both employees were extremely polite and helpful. Once I had picked out the replacement knife, even though it was a little more expensive than the original they covered the cost! All in all I would say if I could I would give them seven stars! Since I can’t they definitely get five stars. Will absolutely be going to them again!"
