"If I could provide 0 stars, I would. Worst customer experience I've encountered in a long time. I am in the process of renting my home and needed to transfer my current homeowners policy to a renter's policy. I was told by my agent's assistant that she couldn't assist me and I would need to wait for my rep to return from vacation in order to rewrite the policy. I then contacted my agent the following Monday and received no response. I contacted by phone the following day and was told that she would hope to get to it sometime that day. I contacted customer support and they said I was welcome to shop around if I wasn't satisfied with the service receiving. My agent finally got back to me with a quote but needed updated information that I previously provided two additional times. Unorganized and disgraceful. I work in mortgage origination and I know from experience that it doesn't take more than one business day, if that to receive a quote or rewrite a policy. Pure laziness and completely unorganized. I took my business elsewhere."
