"SCAM ALERT - Chelle’s Boutique is run by Tanya Ward, who posts her items online on Facebook Marketplace as well as her Kingsport Location. I contacted her through Facebook to purchase a “Brand New Cricut Maker”, she listed as a new item and confirmed during our conversation that the item was New and still in the box. I paid for the item through Facebook Marketplace and upon receiving it NOT only the item was USED but also BROKEN! I am at Lost by $250!!! They DONT even deserve 1 star ⭐️. I have tried to contact Tanya over the phone more than 30 times and she won’t respond nor she has returned my MONEY! I am very willing to send the machine back in exchange for a full refund but she has ignored me... Chelle’s Boutique is a SCAM. Maybe if you go to the store you might be better off as you will see what you are paying for but DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOU!
