"I'm giving them a two-star rating for the 2 years that I was going to them the reason I kept going to them is because they treated me like a person. Even though they gave me bottom dollar for a PS5 and a 9mm they give me $250 100 for a PS5 and 150 for the pistol. yes I had problems yes I would fall behind but I would always come in and pay up this time I called on 28th of September told them I got a check on first and would try to be in to pick it up then. I was told that on the 8th it would fall due again and that would be 3 months past due and a new charge would add. Well the 8th was Sunday so I called on the 9th to let them know that the bank was holding the check till it cleared and found out they put my stuff out on the 5th sold my PS5 and charging me 475 for the 9mm that they gave me 150 on they made me pay 150 just to put it on layaway that's what they bought it for technically they seen a fast opportunity to make cash and chose to do that instead of understanding me as a person or customer they chose the easy way so I will pay the 500 for the gun cause it is sentimental value but once I finish paying I will never be back here again this isn't new York City this is east Tennessee and how you treat your community still matters here! Word of mouth can go a long way."
