"Sat for 2 days waiting on a delivery with updates saying it was out for delivery. Never came. Updates kept saying we weren't home for delivery, not true! 1-800 number no help at all, and when we asked about someone to file a complaint, we were told we have the right to... but there is no phone number or email for a complaint service. Stories changed up as soon as we mentioned the door camera, and at no time was delivery attempted. FedEx can't keep up with the competition. Time for them to go the way of the dinosaur they are."

"Fed Ex Freight and Fed Ex ground shipping has the worst customer service in the industry. You are unable to talk to a representative and anything that goes wrong they put on the receiving end. I do not recommend anyone use either ground or freight with Fed EX. I give them no stars"

"We are having a ridiculously hard time getting deliveries from this FedEx location (South Chesterfield, VA). The address labels have our correct address and our house numbers are clearly marked on our home. Also, UPS, Amazon, Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc have no problem finding us. We have been told over and over that our address does not exist. Neighborhood has been here since 2019. We call and get the runaround. Every day there is a new excuse. Wish we could avoid having to try to depend on this FedEx location. If I could give zero stars I would!"

"Sexist, rude drivers that don't know how to properly unload trucks or operate a pallet jack. It was supposed to be delivered one day and they never showed up. They claimed they tried to call us (they didn't) and we didn't answer so they just didn't deliver. The next day they were over an hour late. It's pretty telling when the majority of the positive reviews are from employees and not actual customers."

"I have a furniture delivery that consisted of 2 65lb boxes and another 50lb box. I live on the 2nd floor of a garden style apartment. The driver left all 3 boxes on the ground floor next to another unit. I have been calling since the morning of delivery to get someone to actually DELIVER THE PACKAGES TO MY DOOR WHERE THEY SHOULD BE! I keep being told that the driver will be sent back to move them upstairs yet we are approaching day 3 and I will have to call them yet again to get the packages moved. My furniture has been sitting outside in the elements for almost 3 days at this point. FedEx is going to owe me new furniture due to their incompetence and noncompliance. I was having guests and they have nowhere to sit due to this issue. I have filed one complaint and will be sending a 2nd in the morning. To make matters worse they lied the first day and said they attempted to deliver and they never came. I work from home so I'm always here during the week. The packages did not require signatures so there was no reason they wouldn't have been delivered. Day 3 dealing with something that should not even be an issue. I will continue to call and file complaints or drive to the distribution center if necessary until this is resolved."
