"I'm a driver who will not be returning to this facility after today. I sat in your staging area after checking in for 2 hours and 43 minutes. Get called to come down my load is done and ready only to set for right now another 3 hours and 36 minutes and still no closer to getting loaded."
"If you are hauling pipes don’t come here. Been here for 8 hours now got here at 11 am. They have two trucks that load pipes for TMC and they are allowed to cut the line. Takes 30-45 min per truck. I timed it. They load 1-2 trucks at a time depending I guess on the load from what I can tell. A lot of forklifts driving around. Plenty of workers too standing around. A whole lot of nothing going on. I’m still waiting and I’m 3rd. But that other truck will come around and cut the line again. The last time I came here it was a 7 hour ordeal. I’m not coming back here again. Edit: they had a management overhaul and many staff overhaul. They have made space and redesigned the SOP for loading and unloading. Whoever is in charge keep them in charge. It’s a night and day difference now. Better than before."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Checked in at 5:30am. Was 1st truck checked in, pulled me to the back at 630am where i was the 1st truck till tmc was put in front of me. They moved him as if they were going to load him at 830am. 930 no movement. Just pulled out. Not going to waste my time or allow a company to treat drivers like this! Absolutely no respect for drivers time."
"Arrived at 7am this morning hoping I'd be one of the morning's shifts last trucks and maybe be out by Noon...it's 6:07pm and Im still sitting here waiting for them to drag their knuckles and inspect / bundle the pipe (WHICH SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE THE TRUCKS GET THERE), if you arrive after 10am forget moving anywhere until the next day. This place is run by the worst workers I have ever seen at any shipper."
"The security dude was cool but that’s the only good thing about this place. The TMC drop yard is also Pipe storage and the waiting area for live load before you get into the facility. (makes trucks have to jockey to make space for inbound trucks the more trucks the harder the U-turn) There is a second line once you get into the gate."
