"I ordered a part on April 2, 2023. They took the money out of my account. As of today, April 20, 2023, I have not received my part. I have called and left messages. I have emailed. No one has responded back to me. Do not use this website. I feel that it is fraud. I am thankful that it was only $42.94. Bad company. Terrible customer service!"

"This company is nothing more than an 800 number, a web only ghost company. Beware of the "cooked" google reviews on their website - nothing to do with reality. I ordered a drafting table on 11/16/22. It's 12/2/22 and I cannot get any info on order status, shipping nothing. Don't buy anything here!"

"I'm not the one to leave negative reviews, but the customer service with this company and how they have handled my order has been terrible. I placed an order on 4/12 with the website stating it would be shipped in 1-5 business days. After a week without receiving tracking information, I contacted them through email and through phone, not getting a response for 2 weeks. Finally, when I got a response, they said they need to confirm with the warehouse and didn't get any confirmation for another week. Finally after all that, I cancelled the order and they said they couldn't issue a refund until they received confirmation from the warehouse. It's unfair that they've held onto my pay of over $1,300, haven't delivered a product and haven't issued a refund. If after reading this and you still decide to order a product, you better confirm they have it in stock (and not go off of what the website says) or you could be without your money and a product for several weeks/months."

I place an order over a month ago...the funny thing is that I called the company to be sure they have the item in stock..."of course we do...it will be 4 days to be ship". I place the order September 11. today is October 14 and still don't know when they will ship. This is a joke company that lie to any customer to get the money. And yes you took the money from my account before you shipped. Then don't say you won't take any money until the item is shipped because is a Lie. Google need to start with a zero start review. Because that is all you deserve."
