"They were recommended to me by somebody me who used them before and was able to get help. I’ve called on multiple occasions attempting to get assistance. I’ve filled out their forms more than once and I never hear back. The times I’ve called I’m rushed off the phone and whoever I speak with doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. I even received a text saying to “give them just a minute” and still nothing. Last time I spoke to someone I was told they were too busy. That was over 10 days ago. When I spoke to the person who recommended them and compared experiences they were nothing alike smh. I will be seeking assistance elsewhere"
