"I went to this place because of its 4.9 star rating. I set my appointment for 10am on a Saturday four days in advance, and when I got there a man sat me down and rushed through the appointment. He was really rough with me and cut into all of my cuticles making me bleed, and then applied the chemicals immediately after which burned like crazy. He didn’t apply the right size nail on some of them and rushed through the application of the acrylics, the shape filing and the nail painting which left me with really beginner nail tech looking nails. I was charged $65 and was expected to tip, and I did but I was pretty disappointed with the result. Maybe if I had a different nail tech it would have been different, but this man decided to rush me through my appointment so he could get to the customers who were just walking in with no appointments. Not worth $65. My skin is peeling in the photos, that isn’t glue. And you can see my original nail off to the side and several scuff marks in the paint in the pictures. This is what they looked like an hour after the appointment :("
