"I had a wonderful experience at this salon with my mother! We had mani pedis done to prepare for my upcoming wedding and the women who helped us were very attentive and kind. They both did lovely work, I will absolutely be coming back here!"

"This was at one time my favorite salon. However at my last visit I was treated terribly. I understand the owner often works by herself and can not see but so many clients at a time. I had an appointment for a pedicure but ended up canceling it online, i then sent an email explaining why I canceled and the specific date and time I was rescheduling for. I even had the confirmation email for the new appointment. I arrived and she set up my pedicure chair but another client came in a few minutes later. I found out then that the owner had canceled both of my appointments and booked someone else in my spot. I tried to show her my confirmation but she would not listen. She started a pedicure chair for the other customer, turned mine off, handed me my bag and practically pushed me out of the door. I was so embarrassed and have not been back since. There was no reason why she simply couldn't have asked one of us to wait and apologize for the inconvenience. The owner may want to consider checking the salon emails more frequently and hiring more help to accommodate more than 1 person at a time."
