"I had the displeasure of conducting my sale with this company and I do not recommend them. Scott was so condescending when going over my ALTA and explaining what debit was left off by their Senior Processor, Zoe, who had sent it to me two weeks before my closing date. My realtor had to reach out for two days to receive the final ALTA and when she did it was wrong. The night before my closing I finally got the correct final ALTA and it was way off from the one sent weeks back so I asked the other processor if she could go through it with me and she connected me with Scott. He sounded as if I were inconveniencing him by asking about the impactful difference, still no accountability taken for failure of including this debit and no apologies offered. They also never asked me for the keys to give to the new owner, I had to remind them. When I emailed about how disappointing this was there was no reply, so now everyone can know how disappointing their lack of communication was and know there are other Title and Escrow companies to use in the Fairfax area for your closing and settlement."
