"If I could give this zero stars I would. I waited for over half an hour for the FedEx to open (the phone service said 9:00am, the door said 9:30am, and I eventually left at 10:00am) and no one ever showed up. Take your services elsewhere. Someone walking by noticed I had been waiting and said the person who opens the store will often show up at 10:00 or later. Not great business."

"We just moved to the area from out of state which means I researched options for a business suite. After looking at 6 or more related stores, I still chose Mail Center, despite a somewhat higher price. This is because I found Jane the owner to be much more personable and professional than many of the others I interviewed. Distance was my second criteria. It's been 5 months since I opened my suite with Mail Center before deciding to leave a review. All I can say is that Jane has always been pleasant to interact with and she knows her business. I would recommend her to any appreciative, mature human being to do business with."

"Nice lady and love her dog Miao, but I’ve gone there three times of which two times I’ve found the doors locked at 9:45 am when the hours say they open at 9:30. Odds are not in favor of me giving them any more business."

"I went in and asked the lady at the front desk about the price of shipping a package approximately, when she told me the price I said ''okay'' as an acknowledgement to her response. She took it as confirmation, but there was miscommunication because i was just inquiring and comparing prices. I apologised immediately and told her I'd pay if canceling the shipping slip would be a hassle even though it was more expensive. She became extremely rude with me and told me to get out of the shop. I was so shocked from the amount of disrespect and her very poor customer service. I used to go there often and didn't have such issues, but after this incident I am never going back there again."
