"I have been to this store many times over the years and never had much of a problem until recently. The mom and daughter duo really have poor attitudes as others have stated and although it is convenient for me to go there I will go to the other store in Harrisonburg were I am always treated and spoken to professionally and nicely. And no I do not need to give examples its just the personalities of them both as others have stated. Also there are so many expired products in this store and some are on sale but they do not mark them all as expired so watch this! Cookies expired 2 years ago with a sale tag but not expired item tag. Beaware ! Poor attitudes loose business....."
"Rude and poor customer service. I purchased 2 product that I thought was on sale for 22.99. Looking at my sale slip as I’m going out the door I notice I was charge more for 25.99 one Bottle. I went back in and ask the Cashier why I was charged more for the other bottle . And was told that they were different products (Packaged in similar looks .) He also stated ( I noticed that when I run it up)Which when I then look at more closely I see where I made my mistake . I then asked if I could return the one bottle I was told by the owner you walked out the door you own it. Yet on there receipt it is clearly printed( 30 day return policy W/ exceptions ) I guess a unopened product counts as (W/ Exception ) What more upsetting about the whole thing is the rudeness, and total lack of concern that is shown by the owner of this business. I like to give local business my business, but this experience as proven to me that this Store obviously doesn’t want to stay in business otherwise they would treat their customers with more respect. I will go and find another place even if it online to further do my business."
"Very rude customer service. I called to ask if they carried a certain product and was told they could order it from elsewhere. I then tried to find out if there would be a way for me to order it online myself, and the lady got very rude with me. I wasn’t trying to order through a different website and make them lose business, but to see if there was a way I could get it through a company they order from and still give them the credit - I wasn’t sure if that would even be an option, but I just was curious. The store is a decent drive from my house, so having it shipped to me would have been more convenient. It was a simple question that she misinterpreted, and her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled-for. A couple hours later, they proceeded to call me at home from multiple numbers and go off on me for leaving a negative review about my experience. When I tried to explain that I did not appreciate how I was talked to, the woman on the phone actually hung up on me. SHE was the one who called ME! First of all, I have never in my life heard of a business calling people at their home numbers like this; however, if she had simply called to apologize, I would have considered giving them a higher rating for making things right, but that was plain and simply unprofessional. I will not be shopping here or recommending it to anyone."
"I have shopped at "Sue's" for 30+ years. I have never had an issue with any products purchased. If any I was unsure to start taking etc, I asked and was provided with very informative information. I also have family members that shop here, all are as satisfied as myself. Any questions, store policy issues etc ask, you will get an answer. I appreciate Sue, Tracey and Dickie for all the help and support I have received. Remember you get what you pay for.. Shirley D"
