"Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience at Marble Systems. After spending 3 separate days over a few weeks looking through the slabs in the warehouse, we selected our slabs and our sales person contacted our fabricator for delivery. Four days later our fabricator contacted us and said that Marble Systems cancelled our delivery with no explanation. Bottom line our sales person told us that another associate at Marble Systems sold our slabs to another client despite the fact that they were marked for us. Now we are back to the drawing board and our project will be delayed due to the incompetence of the sales team not communicating with each other. Finally, the most disappointing part of this story is that we have received no apology or “how can we make this right?” from anyone. We contacted the manager 2 times and still no response. Apparently the lesson learned here is there’s no guarantee you’ll get the product that you reserve and there’s no coordination among the staff to make sure their clients are taken care of."

"I had only an amazing experience after finding this place by sheer accident. I was headed to the store next-door and happily walked in, met Line and was connected with my dream tile! Line was super friendly, seemed pretty dialed in to what I was trying to explain to her after us finding out our timeline was moved up 4 months. I thought the selection was excellent, There seems to be something for everyone, not overwhelming but tastefully non-typical. If you expect Home Depot/Lowes go there, not here. Many of the tiles they have are truly art and the price point isn't extravagant, granted we have a small kitchen but the attention to detail on the tiled/selection is well done and they have. warehouse connected with marble, tile etc for countertops. In addition, Line knew her stuff, she was educated on product, maintenance, installation etc. Impressed and can't wait for the kitchen to be started/finished!!! Thanks!!"
