"I live in the Mosaic district and was excited to be able to go to a nail lounge nearby, but I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. The service was terrible. I understand that I have short toenails, but the technician repeatedly hurt me and did not even apologize. I had to ask twice for rubbing alcohol for a spot that she cut too deeply. She begrudging applied Neosporin. I was so dissatisfied that I asked that she not apply any color. Truly a disappointing experience."

"This was my first time visiting this nail salon because I saw a good review on TikTok, so I was really excited. Trying a new nail salon can be nerve-wracking, especially when getting a full set. I spent a total of $136 for a full set of gel nails and a gel pedicure. The nail technician who did my pedicure was excellent and made sure I was happy with everything. I also want to mention that the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Now, I'd like to share my experience with the person who did my acrylic nails. I didn't catch her name, but I believe she was at the third desk toward the back, although I'm not completely sure. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I was quite disappointed after spending $65 for my full set. At first, things seemed fine, but when I pointed out that two nails were a bit uneven, the nail technician abruptly stopped and responded rudely, insisting I wait until she was finished. This was a first for me, and she slightly raised her voice during our exchange. At that point, I was ready to pay and leave. Maybe she was having a bad day, and I understand that, but as a paying customer, I didn't feel I deserved that treatment."
