"Juan Martin and his team are truly amazing. We started talking to Juan Martin in 2019 and after our first meeting I knew we'd be using his company for our project. The "rule" is to meet with several contractors for renovation projects, but we never seriously entertained anyone else, we were so impressed with JM after our first meeting! We personally met several of his provided references and they all had wonderful things to say about him and his work and everything looked fantastic in person. We renovated our main living space (kitchen and living room) working with an interior designer who provided visuals and specifications. This entailed removing a wall (not structural), and moving the kitchen from the center to the front of the house needing to add in electrical and plumbing through the cement foundation to a new island. Our project had a lot of fine details in the design, including, a herringbone floor and tile pattern, and inlay tile work around the island and front door. Juan Martin and his team executed everything perfectly and truly brought the vision to life. This was our first time renovating anything and Juan Martin was exceedingly patient with us, answering all of our questions, walking us through the process, and making sure we understood every step and took the time to explain things when we didn't. We would meet with him most mornings (over coffee) to discuss details of the project for that day; the entire project ran smoothly from beginning to end with no problems at all. JM is incredibly meticulous and has an impressive attention to detail and a keen eye for design and carpentry- listen to his suggestions!! Whenever we asked for advice, he was always spot-on understanding what we wanted. His team are true professionals and are nothing but courteous, respectful, clean, and polite! Leo did the finish work (tile placement etc) and is extremely talented. His network of tradesmen are also top-notch - our herringbone floor came our perfect! Above all, Juan Martin is a fantastic person - very humble and takes a lot of pride in his work, caring about every detail and anticipating any needs in the project. Our project took about 7 weeks and by the end I was really sad to see he and his team leave! We have some other projects in mind for our home and won't hesitate to contact Juan Martin for all of them!"
