"The paint is pretty good and the guys are helpful. But in getting my paint and BS'ing with the staff, I forgot my receipt. Which made it impossible to return a non-custom color. I called. They said, I'm sorry I can't see it laying here. That was 45 min after I left. Geeze, it's the same can that was there on their shelf. I even needed a more expensive custom color. Also BTW, there are several Vienna paints in the Fairfax area. And I found a while back that the cost of the same paint can vary GREATLY at different stores, so check a few out if the price seems outrageous."

"Excellent paint, awful estimates. Zero return policy. Staff quoted me roughly three times the paint required for my condo and neglected to mention that their return policy is basically non-existent. Can't recommend Benjamin Moore paint enough, just get it elsewhere."
