"My wife and I took on the project of refinishing our hard wood floors. We decided to use Floors Depot as it was close to our house and seemed to have a variety of supplies we would need. Before going we did a ton of research, but still had some questions about their products. The staff responses to most of our basic questions were “I don’t know”. They couldn’t even recommend the proper brush for applying the sealant and stated the t-bar was incorrect even though Bona recommended it. The advice they ended up giving us was wrong, and we had to return hundreds of dollars of supplies and pay a 25% “restocking” fee for simply turning around and placing back on the shelf. The products we had were a step away from the register and we came to return them two days after purchasing them. I don’t recommend coming here unless you are an expert because the staff is pretentious and unhelpful."

"Had a great experience as they did a excellent job color staining the steps that I purchased from them to match our laminate flooring. The guy was very helpful and even noticed an error my contractor would have done on the landing of the stairs and we corrected it."

"My floor installer and I showed up at 0830, ordered all required flooring materials for my townhouse, paid, an departed in under 3p minutes. Super fast/efficient and I believe a good value. This location may be optimized for tradesmen because the display area wasn't particularly attractive for browsing/"window shopping", and it would be difficult to find if you didn't know it was here."
