"Vy nail’s spa is WONDERFUL!! They fixed my nails from another salon IN LESS THAN 20 minutes and was able to fit me in last minute! I told them the previous look was unprofessional and they made it look more polished. She had a vision and executed it perfectly. At first I came in wanting to remove the nails but she said she could salvage it… AND DID! I included the after (dainty cute heart) and the before( ugly chuncky hearts)"

"Just went into VY Nails Spa for the first time and was more than pleased with my service today. Holly was my pedicure technician and I have to say this was the best foot massage I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. I get a lot of Reflexology foot massages because I have problems with my feet and Holly was just as good as getting a professional reflexology massage. She did a great job on my toenails as well, so I will definitely be coming back to the salon. You made my day Holly, thank you!"

"I thought long and hard about giving this review, because after the mess up by the lady who was doing my hands, the manager made it a point to come over and give me a 10$ voucher and ask me to come again so she could take care of me properly. I really appreciate that sort of behavior and service. Since I had come in, I had said I wanted acrylic nails with dip hombre. Because of time, I flip flopped between that and gel nails whilst constantly denying the woman that no I did not want a gel hombre on acrylics. Ultimately I went with acrylics and an hombre and she immediately starts putting acrylic powder rather than nails on my hand. I thought I’d been very clear the entire time that the reason I wanted my own nails short were because I wanted the acrylics to be long. Anyway long story short she ends up taking it off and just doing gel nails because it was late. It cost me $114 for a gel manicure and Gel pedicure along with removal of previous acrylics and gel nails (on feet). The pedicure was good and because the manager was so sweet and had asked me to come back, I thought I wouldn’t say anything. That was until I came home and saw the state of my nails… absolutely terrible. So unprofessional and messy. You don’t pay that kind of money for these nails… if I’m paying that much I expect the polish to be on my nail flat and not jutting out or crooked or bumpy. Very very disappointed, you don’t pay that kind of money to receive this service and final outcome. UPDATE: I went to Hollywood nails the next day because of how upset I was (these nails were because I was flying out for a trip) and they took care of me very kindly and even gave me a discount when I told them of my story because they felt so bad. They even touched up my pedicure for free. All in all I spent $186 total on my nails in 2 days. First $114 for: acrylic and gel removal, and then a gel mani pedi, then $72 for gel removal the next day and Acrylic nails with dip hombre one them. I’m very very happy with my nails now because of Hollywood Nails but just upset because of how much money was spent. VY nails if you’re reading this and customer service/appreciation is important to you then I would kindly ask that you do compensate or reach out to see how you can make up for my terrible experience. Until then I will not be recommending VY nails or their services to anyone and in fact when asked will advise friends and family not to to go to this place and spend their hard earned money."
