"I love coming here and Jenny’s skills are amazing. She’s the only reason why I havent gone back to doing my own nails. I did take a star away for the inconsistent pricing. Sometimes I pay $50, sometimes I pay $55… even when my nail shape request is basic (square)."

"On two occasions - not once - this Salon misled me about their prices and tried ripping me off. Just wanted to echo I had the same exact experience as the other 1-star reviews where they tried to double-charge or overcharge me, did poor quality work on my nails (to the extent one lady made me finish my own…), and even threatened to take all my designs off like 2 others shared in their review. When I called ahead they gave me a specific price, and when I came in it always changed nor was there a concrete pricing list of services which is shady. When three people around me had the exact same service, they tried double-charging me for no logical reason and kept giving circular reasoning explanations that didn’t relate to my manicure. The second time was awful… They tried to charge me $30 for my design, on top of $65 acrylics, saying that they charge “per nail” and started saying a circle versus a square has a different price which I’ve never heard of at any salon and is absolutely ridiculous. Also was treated extremely poorly, was talked over, and yelled at when I raised my concern as a customer. I would not go here if you’re looking for consistency, respect, and quality customer service that’s reliable, kind, and truthful. I’m definitely never going here again, and it’s upsetting since I’ve been a customer here for so many years. The manager definitely doesn’t act like one."

"Got a mani-pedi at OMG! My Nails today and could not be happier. I didn’t have an appointment (I usually try to have one just to be polite), but they easily worked me in with almost zero wait. Connie, my technician, was excellent. She was kind and we chatted throughout the appointment. She paid very close attention to detail and spent extra time fixing a broken very short nail I had. This place is great - highly recommended. Make an appointment and ask for Connie. You will not be disappointed."
