"Dee Runk Boxwood Died - No Warranty - We purchased 3 Dee Runks (buxus sempervirens) and had them professionally planted. All 3 were next to each other in the same irrigation zone. One died within a few months. We should have checked their policy before dropping $400 on a boxwood. They offered a replacement at a discount but still no warranty. We’re not willing to spend more $ with them to resolve the issue. We’ll purchase the replacement somewhere else with a warranty."
