"I went to this place for some PT on my foot for which I had a Dr's RX. I went in for the first time and all they did was take a history for about 20 minutes. On my first actual PT visit, it appeared the place was disorganized, they didn't have TENS pads because the "company that owns the facility would not stock them"!! and the therapist just walked me around to a couple of exercise stations. No consultation about the treatment plan, nothing. I decided to go someplace else. They charged me $40 when I should have been charged nothing (per my insurance). I went the Sentara Therapy Center, had great therapy on my foot and was charged nothing out of pocket during the whole course of treatment."
