"If there were any negative star ratings I would select every one of them. I've been directed to seek proper criminal charges against an individual who I've been victimized by. I've been given the runaround as to what my options are for filing criminal charges against the person. Between the negligence of the Prosecuting Attorney Office, Sheriff's Department, and State Police, in which I have reached out for help with, I am currently homeless, with no clothes, no food, no nothing since January 19,2021. Illegal eviction without proper court documents for eviction notice, and other criminal activities I'm victim of, the person responsible, is still roaming the streets, continuing to get away with committing crimes that affect the innocent people. Someone needs to do their job and get the person responsible, and make sure she will never be anymore harm to society ever again. Not only I've been victimized by the person, but her handicap daughter faces it everyday between physical abuse and prescription fraud. I hope I can get the opportunity to speak with someone above the person who files criminal charges against people. I hope the person I spoke to on February 9, 2021, in the Attorney Office, gets demoted or terminated for being a key factor of resulting my hardship experience of becoming illegally homeless, for the lack of professional conduct, I hope to be recognized and respected for the experience I suffer from the lack of professional help, involving the Prosecuting Attorney Office of Pikeville, the State Police, and the Sheriff's Office."
