"Would give 0 stars if at all possible.I presented to the store to have a court document notarized. The document was from out of state and the notary (whom had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was bothered by the request to begin with) told me since there were 2 signature lines she could not notarize the document because both parties were not present. I told her my wife had the same document notarized with an additional form approved in both of our states that recognizes one party was not present... aside from that (she didn’t want to hear it), I said okay let me amend the document I’ll print it right now, in store. She said okay. Printed the document and then asked for it to be notarized and the girl up front said “oh you still need that notarized because she just left”. Horrible experience, hands down."
"Came in to have something notarized, was told to come back an hour later. Returned 2 hours later, and the notary was “in the back” but wouldn’t come up to the counter. Employees in the back talking about how much they drank over the weekend, sounded like they were having a fun conversation while not serving the customers. Left after 15 mins of waiting."
