"We were scheduled to have help load our Penske truck with this company originally at 12 pm today. The day before, we got a call asking if they could come between 12 and 2pm instead of just 12pm like originally agreed upon. It was past 2 pm with no movers on site. They called and told me they would be there at 3pm with no reasoning. Then after 3pm with no movers on site, we reached out to the company and was told one of the movers was having a problem regarding his child and was on his way and would be there at 4pm. We were then asked if we wanted 3 movers instead of 2 movers to come to load faster since it was so late in the day. We said no. I don’t understand how they can somehow get 3 movers to come but not 2? If that’s the case, why couldn’t they use that supposed 3rd mover to fill in for that one mover who was having child problems? The stories weren’t lining up and my intuition was telling me something was off. The gentlemen talking to us on the phone needs to work on his customer service skills. Finally, after 4pm, no movers. We called again and were told that the mover was still on his way and was by the tunnel. We decided to cancel the service and went with a company who is HOPEFULLY more reliable, more communicative, and has better service."

Scott & Ryan were very friendly, professional, and handled all my possessions like it was their own. They were consistent throughout the entire move and worked expediently through the very end.
