"The gentleman that came to my house to remove my refrigerator was completely unprofessional. He took none of my guidance about how refrigerators have been successfully removed and installed from my home. They just bulled their way down my stairs and had no care in the world for the damage they left in their wake. When I told him how it should be done (after seeing it done 3 times) he claimed he was the expert and he knew how to do it best. My walls and front door disagree. I fully recognize that my property is difficult to bring appliances in and out, but the obvious lack of care that this team showed while at my house is completely disgusting. I said "this is how it has successfully been done" and they didn't listen to my advice and said "it's going to cause damage, it just is what it is". If you have a choice, I would not recommend this company at all!"

"They were supposed to deliver and install a dishwasher I bought through my home warranty company. The man was super nice but completely incompetent. He got under my sink to turn off the water to install the dishwasher and told me that the shut off valve was broken and that it happens a lot an older houses like mine. So I was told to call a plumber. They didn’t take the dishwasher out of the box like my invoice says they did. They dropped it on my floor and left. I was extremely annoyed so I got under the sink to look at the issue… which was not turning the valve all the way to close it. I turned it another half turn and it was fully closed. I then had to go to Home Depot and buy a socket big enough to uncrate did the dishwasher. Overall it was a super annoying process and I will not use them again."

"My Refrigerator delivery was scheduled for delivery through AHS with Mid Inc. I read the reviews here and was immediately concerned. My ONLY complaint is that I did not receive a delivery time setup call. The first call I got from them was from my delivery driver confirming the delivery for the next day. On delivery day, the driver called me early because he was running ahead of schedule, I explained I was not available till later. He was completely understanding. I called him later when I was available and he met me at my house in 15min. The 2 men were kind, friendly and respectful. They delivered and setup my fridge in a timely manner. In all, great experience."

"I have to admit I was very apprehensive about my dryer delivery after reading the reviews. My dryer was a replacement through American Home Shield. My initial delivery had a small hiccup due to miscommunication on my end. My redelivery was scheduled for two days later (I was still anxious about my delivery). The delivery driver called when they were on their way. They arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled delivery time. They were very professional and courteous. They removed my old dryer and installed the new one with no problems. I am very happy that my experience turned out to be amazing. The delivery guys (I wish I had gotten their names) were very friendly, respectful of my property and very professional. I can now say I am happy I gave them a chance despite the reviews. I hope they continue doing a great job for their customers."

"David and his partner were extremely professional. They called day prior to confirm delivery window, called morning of to confirm again and also called when 15 min out. Extremely prompt, at the top of my appointment window, and respectful of the neighbors and our property. Sadly, the dryer was damaged (not by them). They caught the problem, took the time to show us the issue and worked to attempt to get us a loaner without prevail but not for lack of trying. They explained the replacement process and took care of everything. Extremely grateful for their professionalism and honesty."
