"Kelly has been amazing from the start. My family and I were leaving and we weren’t sure if our dog was going to fly out with us, sure enough he had to stay back for a few weeks in VA. Kelly went above and beyond, she looked up dates and checked airline prices to see which dates would be best for us. She even picked up our dog from my families house before driving to the airport. While traveling she kept us informed at all times. Thank you Kelly for bringing our fur-baby to us safely. We appreciate you and can’t thank you enough.
