"I had an appointment to do fingerprints, great experience! The gentleman in the front desk was very professional and polite. Very quick and efficient process. Would recommend to my coworkers!"
"Arrived this morning to have my ID verifed and to have my fingerprints taken. Very easy, quick checkin. Excellent service. I had to adapt to the fingerprinting process. Staff was patient and courteous through my learning process. Very efficient process."
"I cannot speak on the quality of work this company does. However I can say I lost my job today because some said I " made them uncomfortable ". I am one of the most polite and friendly and respectful ppl u will ever meet.(and anything other is out of my character or was taken out of context.) I.E. I look mean but im sweet. I talk aggressive to some but im excited and a little animated. MY point is this although the CEO has a couple of African American employees. SHE does have a Trump hat in full dis play on her desk.which Maybe the reason why none is allowed in her office ?I saw this wen I accidentally walked into her office. I cleand this building for a little more than gas money ,as if I was getting paid top dollar. Only to loose my job because someone may or may not mistook my demeanor, tone. Or Words. This was my first job after covid I own a small event planning business. , that hasn't picked back up and was using this thold me . But I can only think of somthinng racially motivated by this . I have done no wrong and truly. Wish I was spoken to first. Since I wasn't im posting this without speaking to anyone as well."
"The person that helped me was friendly and I was seen very quickly. The part that lost a star for me was when I had to sign for my fingerprints I couldn’t bc I’m a lefty. They had the fingerprint box so close to the left side of signature pad that I had to contort my hand just to sign. I wish the company would realize not everyone is a righty and make the pad removable or something to help us south paws out."
"This place is a technical service company as well as a Pearson Vue testing location. It is a place that meets specifications to provide testing services for technical certifications such as Comp TIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. I had chosen to take one of my certifications at this location. The front desk person was very welcoming and professional. The testing room is typical of testing centers and pretty much standard. The problem is that there is a conference room adjacent to the testing room. About midway through my test, an employee decided to have a teleconference on speaker phone in the conference room. The employee was very loud, because on speaker phone you tend to speak louder than normal. His conversation was crystal clear and you could hear every detail of the discussion. It was very disrupting. I had to wave at the camera that monitors the room to let the front desk know it was affecting me. It went on for a least another 10 to 15 minutes before someone told him to move. These certification tests require good time management because they are timed. They are not cheap tests. Every minute is precious and distractions can severely impact your final score. There were only seconds to spare after answering my final question on the test. I would have least 10 minutes left on the clock for my normal pace for this certification. This extra time would be used to review flagged questions and change an answer if necessary. I passed but the certification but holy cow it was stressful and frustrating. If I didn't pass it would have been a bigger deal. The front desk person said she had the employee move when she saw me waving. It wasn't her fault. But my goodness, this is a testing center. Do employees not know that there is a testing room next door? Why would a company put a conference room right next door to a test room? Why would you schedule a teleconference when there is a scheduled test already? This test was scheduled weeks in advance. Oh well. They may have fixed the room location problem or not. Why take the chance of a sudden teleconference in the middle of your test? Up to you though. Since then, I have taken several certification tests at Infotech on Constitution. It's a little farther but much quieter and has a better layout for the testing room."
