"If I could give 0 stars I would! Will not return phone calls or emails. In the mean time my son has doctor bills going to collections because they have not done anything on my sons case. Do not recommend Lugar Law. Avoid at all costs. AMENDED TO ADD RESPONSE TO CERID LUGAR Only reason I agreed to continue with Lugar Law was because of Cerid threatening to send bills to me for work already preformed "if" I did not delete this review even though I have legal insurance. And in reply to her comment, we have no "financial strain", the doctor bills were not paid because he is not responsible for them. The bills wouldn't have went to collections had Lugar Law done the job they were hired to do. Lugar Law was retained for my son in March, 5 months ago, and all that has been done in 5 months is a letter of representation sent to the other parties insurance company and medical records requested. We even emailed the requested medical records to her assistant, who is no longer even with the firm at this point. No one reached out to my son or me for that matter to let us know the assistant had even left the firm. Now Cerid is threatening me with defamation if I don't delete this review. Bullying at it's best. Not worth working with this firm to have to deal with all the threats! All you have to do is read additional reviews to make up your own mind!"
