"My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and then it changed to Friday. Both times it said it was unable to be delivered. I waited at the door for my package. No one came to my door or knocked and it said it was "unable to be delivered" which is completely not true. I paid a lot of money for shipping so it would get here in a timely manner! It is now Saturday and ya'll are closed. My package was a food item and now it's going to be bad when I get it! I am extreme upset about this. I have never had such a problem with UPS or FedEx! I need someone to figure out what has happened to my items and get a new shipment paid for asap!"

"How I wish I could give 0 for rating. I was supposed to have my package since 12/21. But up till now they have refused to deliver my package. After series of calls they went ahead and change the status to delivered. I had to call them and they told me they already handed it over to the third party that will deliver it and I should wait till Jan 2nd to have it delivered. Why will you change the status of a package you have refused to deliver to delivered. DHL please find my package for me."

"This has to be the worst experience of my life with delivery. My package has been on hold since 12/27 in Richmond. Customer service acts clueless. There should be a way to directly contact the station. I just don’t understand how a company makes it harder on customers who’ve spent thousands of dollars on packages. I’m furious to say the least. They are even making it difficult to just simply come and pick the package up."

"Awful experience. My package has not been delivered despite it being sitting at the Richmond facility since 12/20. Customer service was awful and told me the facility didn't have a phone number and ignored when I kept asking why my package was put on hold. When asked where it is, was vaguely told it was scheduled to be delivered soon (no time or info given) My sons Christmas items was in this package. I will never use DHL again. In 20 years of ordering stuff online, I've very rarely had any sort of issue and this is beyond ridiculous. I've ordered from temu and wish and got items with no problem, so there's no excuse."

"If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I absolutely would! I contacted chat yesterday in regards to my package that had been sitting for a few days at the Richmond facility to find out what was going on and was told a specialist would contact me in 2 hours, never heard from anyone. Today my package was marked delivered Wednesday and when I contacted chat support again they just kept sending me what I could already see on the tracking and told me once again a specialist will contact me, which they still haven’t and this was at 4:30 pm. Highly upset and disappointed with the delivery and customer service as this was Christmas presents and now that it’s 3 days before Christmas there’s nothing I can do about it."
