"This company was contracted by Pilot Air Freight to deliver a package. They failed to show up during the scheduled appointment, they did notify us in any way of their tardiness, and they were unable to track the delivery to give us an ETA as the drivers "phone was off". When they finally arrived they failed to notify us in any way which was required for this delivery and they left 190lb package damaged and partially in the road at the end of our driveway as opposed to leaving it in a safe location at our house! Contents of the package where blowing into the street when cars drove by. They guaranteed us they would return to move it to a proper location but never showed back up. We were forced to move the contents piece by piece ourselves. Spoke with MANY "supervisors" from both RC and Pilot no one cared or corrected a single thing...very sad!"

"The delivery guys fell into a window in my hallway and broke it, but they called their manager to report it immediately. The manager then called me within the hour to resolve. They offered to have someone out to fix it asap, but I know how to fix old single panes, so I did it myself and submitted reimbursement for materials to save everyone some money. When I got the check, I saw they had topped off my request with a little extra for my trouble. I am blown away by the goodwill this company showed in resolving their mistake was second to none in a world where you have to fight to get anyone to own up and be decent. Seriously, I cannot remember the last time such a thing was handled with such speed and compassion."
