"This is the worst testing site! The old man who runs it keeps a dirty cramped space that is over heated and uncomfortable. The chairs make it nearly impossible to sit for long testing times. The rules of this place are insane and he goes out of his way to be as rude about them as possible. Please take your test somewhere else for your own sanity."

"I took an exam here on 1/14/2022 during a peak COVID outbreak. There are absolutely no controls in place to mitigate for COVID. The testing booths are not much wider than an office chair and crammed into a very small room. I was placed in a room with two other people, one that was coughing and sniffling the entire time -- neither were wearing masks. I will never use this testing site again."

"The proctor was knowledgeable about the testing processes and held firmly to the rules. Unfortunately, he got overbooked by the different test sponsors and he was all by himself trying to check in and out a full house of people"

"I have taken 5 PSI exams at the two other Virginia locations prior to taking my final exam at this location. The guy refused to let me take the exam by refusing my identification documentation including a valid license, debit card and court order with name change. All other places accepted these documents along with a call to PSI to confirm they would be accepted. He refused to pull up previous copies of my exams that showed copies of the IDs they accepted or to call and verify they were acceptable. He is new to PSI examination and was completely unprofessional and even commented that I was female taking a construction exam. DO NOT go to this testing facility."

"This is pretty much one of the only testing centers open on a Saturday, For that reason, I chose this testing center when I took my CEH assessment. It would have been a completely great experience if the old guy at the front desk wasn't so rude and dismissive. I passed my CEH but didn't even get my paper saying that I passed. I asked for it but the guy also was retarded enough to tell me that it would be emailed to me. Long story short, I had to get one of my co-workers (since I don't live on that side and he does) to get my paper the next day. The reason I knew he had it is because I had no notification through email, so I called him the next day and he said that it was sitting right in front of him. BEWARE....I HAD A FRIEND THAT THIS HAPPENED TO AND HE HAD TO TAKE THE TEST ALL OVER AGAIN.....luckily he passed his exam again the second time."
