"If you choose this practice be prepared to deal with a number of repetitive issues: 1) Calling in behind your pharmacy to finish an authorization on a refill days after its sent. 2) Being prescribed the wrong types of medication that cause adverse reactions, and/or being improperly diagnosed 3) Spending nearly 2 to sometimes as long as 3 hours waiting, even when arriving on time for a visit, particularly in the afternoon. 4) Replacing your doctor consistently, or always having someone different see you, which makes the level of care impersonal and inconsistent 5) Dealing with rude office staff that get offended when you say anything they don't like on the phone, that become aggressive if you ask questions about scheduling, or what doctors you are seeing, etc. 6) The wrong quantities being sent on medications to your pharmacy, making them unable to fill them until the correction is made A couple years ago this office was incredible but now it has become pretty bad, I'm actively going to look for a new primary provider."

"I just wanted to stop by to write a review about 2 people. First, Dr. Soult. She was very understanding and thorough about what I'm about to go through and what I have been through this past year. A brief 15-20 minutes and I was done with her. Then I met a gentleman named Claude Cherry. He has a wonderful sense of humor and a very nice man. He set me up with a date for my upcoming surgery. I was able to talk with him, laugh and joke with him and he explained the upcoming process. I would recommend him to give appointment dates. I'm sure that there's other people that are as good as he is, but he's tops for me. Keep up the good work Claude. I'm sure that any and every one will love you for who you are as a man and as a person."

"Patient care is secondary at EVMS Internal Medicine. I can understand that their mission is primarily to train residents but that's precisely where it stops and the patient frustration begins. The practice makes the DMV look seem like the Ritz-Carlton. Simply trying to get through to a human with a question is difficult and then, it is difficult to get them to return calls and to get accurate information and assistance."

"The last time i went there it took 90 mins and the doctor wrote a prescription for 5 times the correct amount by accident. But they were under construction and maybe were having a bad day. So a year later i go back, i arrive early and do the paperwork. Check in was great. Ned student comes in and does the basic Q&A which is fine and says the doctor will be right in. I wait 35 more minutes with no communication and now my visit had taken 75 mins. I let the nurse know i cants stay forever and the med student comes back in and says “it won’t be long.” I ask if that means 3-4 mins or some undetermined amount of time. He says he doesn’t know. So i leave. Unprofessional."

"When I call the number listed I can't it busy every time and I need see my doctor for my next appointment but can't get through is there another number to get in touch with someone to set appointment"
