"If I could give zero stars i would. I had a consultation with James, he gave me some information and steps on what I needed to do regarding an HOA issue. Once I left I tried to reinstate the LLC as he told me to but it can't be reinstated. So I called and left a message with his paralegal to get info on what I could do. I have now called 4 times, left 2 messages with the paralegal, left a message on his extension and an email. He will not contact me back. Just a waste of $150. DO NOT USE JAMES HILLDRUP. Just collected his $150 for about 30 minutes of conversation and now won't respond. Terrible and unprofessional to say the least."

"I regrettably chose to use Hilldrup to close on a real estate transaction. The experience involved submitting a ratified purchase contract to Hilldrup's office. I received a terse acknowledgement from them that the contract was received and that an agent would contact me once a Hilldrup employee was assigned to work on my case. Seven days passed from the time I submitted the paperwork before I gave up on Hilldrup. During that 7 days I was never contacted by them by email or by phone with any updates. My case was never assigned to an employee. After waiting 7 days for a response from them, I eventually notified Hilldrup that I was taking my business to another company since time was of an essence. Hilldrup's lack of communication and poor responsiveness is evidently well-known within the titling closing industry here in the Fredericksburg region. The seller's agent I was dealing with indicated that Hilldrup was known for their poor communications."
