When there are delays in shipments, they are not responsible and blame those who work for them in Colombia and customers are literally scolded for asking about the service. "The service was poor to fair. They promise a delivery time of 10 business days but the reality is 15 days. The local representative in the country of delivery (Ecuador) never called the recipient of the package. He had to call them each time to check on the status. For the most recent package, it was mailed on October 15, 2012. The recipient was told the package would not be available for pick up until the week of November 5, 2012. This was after two calls made by the recipient to Serviexpress in Guayaquil. This is more than the 10 business days the company quotes."
