"Have been here multiple times, service is always slow. Have made several mobile pick up orders and twice they never looked at the order until I arrived and asked about my order. Love the owners but never have enough workers. Gainesville is much more organized ."
"What a fabulous crew. We had our 4th catering order over the holidays and they were a little (a lot) behind. But no worries I did not need until next day. They not only provided quick feedback but then offered to deliver to us (and we aren’t that close). They provided the nuggets, our cookies and a warming pack for our hockey tournament on Sunday at 7 am. The delightful young man delivered with a smile at 9 pm and said I still need to go finish my shift. Mike and family (all the Chix Fil A crew) in Bristow - thank you for your service. It is our pleasure to use your restaurant for all our events and are confident you will never disappoint!!!! Well done our friends. Happy New Year 2024 - the Cole Family and Nokesville Cluckers Hockey Tournament Team!!!!"
"I’m currently sitting in line, one drive thru lane open and no movement for the past 20 minutes. People are being asked to park and wait rather than having their food ready when they get to the window. It’s currently breakfast time, but I’ve also experienced this during my lunch break and it’s now a reoccurring issue with this location. I walked into this location a few months back to express my concern with the lengthy wait and the manager on duty walked away from me mid sentence and didn’t acknowledge my concerns. Mind you, there was a group of them standing on the floor chatting and laughing and not a single care for those waiting inside or outside. This location does not have the correct staff members in place to make this place thrive like other locations."
"I see they did it again. Supposed to be a spicy chicken biscuit. U can see through the chicken patty. This is ridiculous."
"The only chick fila in the area that I’ve seen that doesn’t open two lanes in the drive through during prime time lunch hours (12pm - 2pm). I can never seem to have a quick turn around time at this location like I do with all other Chick-fil-As. To top it off it’s in a very congested area in the shopping center, so the line that builds up makes for a dangerous traffic jam. Never trying my luck again at this spot."
