"Was to receive an order today and received a text at 1245 saying they would be here in an hour. Never came; called the 888 number which they could not give me a local number so looked up on google and it is the 888 number. First time I called at 615pm they said they would be here as there was a problem with the route; second time I called at 720 they said the driver was here and no one answered and I told them that he was lying as I have had my camera on the driveway all day and he normally rings the doorbell, plus he didn't leave my order and then the customer service rep told be that it was cancelled. Nothing but "I'm sorrys all day long. Done with this company and you all will never get a good review from me! Time before, they doubled my order and thank heaven the driver took back the duplicates. This is totally unacceptable!"
"I called these guys to tell them to skip us this time because of the snow. I didn't want them to get their truck stuck or cause them problems over a food delivery. We can survive till next time."
"Got a text saying that a driver will be by my house at a certain time. So I called my home and told them what to order. When I got home from work I was informed that no one came by so I called Schwan’s and was told by some guy that the driver did come. When I called him out on it and advised him that he was lying because 4 other adults were at my house at that time waiting for him he told me that the driver was not obligated to stop. We ordered from this company on a regular basis so I dont know why they wouldn’t stop. So basically what the driver did since they have gps tracking is he came to my home pulled up and captured location showing he was here. Why wouldn’t he knock on the door if he was already at my house knowing we order regularly? Apparently according to customer service they can do that. If you are going to come all the way to my house then you should come to my door. Looking for another company now."
