FedEx OnSite
About the Business
FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 1420 West Stone Drive in Kingsport, Tennessee. You can easily pick up or drop off your FedEx packages at this location without the need to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the Walgreens store.
If you have a QR code from an online store, you can open it on the FedEx Mobile app at Walgreens and a team member will print your label and take your return. There are no additional fees for using this service and acceptable packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label.
Returns are also accepted at this location, so if you have a pre-printed FedEx label for your online shopping return, you can drop it off. If you don't have a label, you can request one from participating online stores and bring the QR code email to the store for printing. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
Please note that all packages must be boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping off at this location. FedEx OnSite at Walgreens does not provide shipping or packing materials, but you can visit a nearby FedEx Office location for assistance with packing supplies. International packages are accepted as long as they have a U.S. originated address and include a completed printed label with your FedEx account number or credit card payment.

"At first I would have rated them a lower number due to a problem but they fixed the problem and do whatever they can to meet client needs."
"I would of given it 5 stars but they don't give paper receipts and I never received the email they supposed to have sent with the receipt."
"Fast, friendly service!"
"They don't do copies from stuff emailed"
"Watch they will just toss your stuff to any house and state it was delivered to your home. This has happened 3 x now and im sick of it cause I'm having to go around the neighborhood looking for my stuff.UPS is the best route to go.I will not be ordering from any company that uses FedEx to deliver there products.Enough is enough. They need new worker's or they need to train the ones they do have!!"
