Chick-fil-A

"Food was very expensive. Had my 2 granddaughters with me and they got the kids meal they were out of the toys that comes with them. They offered to replace them with ice cream the granddaughters don't like Chick-fil-A ice cream. No other offers were offered. Very slow getting food."

"In town visiting family. I made the Chick-fil-A run. 3 original sandwiches. Looking forward to, line wasn't too long. Service was great as usual. But got the order home and was a little disappointed. There wasn't enough sauces and on my sandwich, was 1 tiny, lonely pickle. But the other was made right with no pickles (she was happy). But it was still good. Just not exceptional as usual. Actually, the chicken breast was better than the last 3 that I've gotten at my local store (they were too crispy, a little hard or overcooked). Next time here, I'll ask for extra pickles. Will continue to come here when visiting."

"Don't use the drive thru. Waited 25 minutes in that line. They were all over the place taking food to cars. Waited 10 minutes after getting food before we could leave. Whoever designed this drive thru needs to be fired. Will never go back to Chick fill a again. The chicken is not that great to sit 25 minutes."

"They are polite but I can never seem to get a “hot”(temperature) grilled chicken sandwich. It’s always a let down. Numerous times I opened the box to find a cold piece of cheese laying flat on a “luke warm” (if you can call it that) piece of grilled chicken. It’s just disappointing for the price."

"Food still good as always. But the recent renovation & remodel is terrible. People who think it's reasonable are delusional. Not only does the line block cars in the parking lot, but it takes so mich longer and employees are still having a hard time getting used to the way it works. Should probably go to Johnson City or Bristol because Kingsport has ruined their's."
