"Sean and James are great. They gave me excellent advice. They even quickly installed a part for my Polaris vacuum with out charging me for labor."
"This store has muriatic acid, compared to Chantilly and Vienna who never seem to have it. If you have muriatic acid which other than chlorine is the must important chemical for pools, and not easily gotten at other store, then you are immediately 4 star store."
"Sean and James are true professionals. James helped me with my algae problem, which I couldn't figure out for the life of me.His knowledge of swimming pools are truly amazing. Got pool problems, go see these guys."
"If you want decent customer service, this is not the location to visit. There was no one in the store but there were three employees. Not one asked if we needed assistance. We stood looking at the different o-rings for a bit. We found the one...on the highest peg which doesn't make sense to have items that high. Most people aren't 6'2". At the register, we were rung up, and the POS had the choice between VISA and US Debit. I asked which one didn't require a PIN. She said that she thought it was the non VISA one. So I clicked on US. It was incorrect. I told her I didn't have a PIN, and she shrugged and hmphed at me. Nor did she offer any assistance. I went ahead and clicked on the green button, and it went through. The other two employees sat there and said nothing. We hadn't been to that location in about a year because the experience wasn't great. Now we know that a longer drive may be worth it."
"I arrived to loaches doors at 5:58 according to my phone. I knew exactly what I needed and they wouldn't open up for me. People do work. 6:00 is too early of a close time during pool season."
