"Bad attention from the staff, they are racist and little tolerant with Spanish-speaking people. They lied when they told me that an employee of the agency spoke Spanish and could help me, when the employee approached me he did not know any Spanish, he just said "hola como estas" and obviously that did not help me at all to solve my problem. When I opened my account they failed to warn me about some extra charges when using my card, some benefits, etc. Both "ladies" arerude, their names are Kim and Rita"
