"I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a shoe repair. Michael is a very intelligent business man who redesigned the eyelets for lacing a pair of tennis shoes that I had bought for my son. The original eyelets that were on them were made out of a cheap lightweight leather that broke when my son was trying to tie them. I was also very surprised with the low price Michael charged me."
"The Show Doctor was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and affordable. He put new and improved soles on my Wolverine boots, polished them, and mailed them back to me all within a week and a half. I highly recommend his service. As far as I know, he is the only shoe doctor in the NRV area, and he does not disappoint."
"Great enthusiastic owner. Glad to support his friendly business. Fast , friendly and fair. Helped my drop foot needs"
"Stay away, stay far away! Terrible, Just terrible. I don't know why this place has such good reviews. I took two pairs of my husband's favorite boots to get them resoled for his birthday. After taking twice as long as they had told us it would take, they were able to resole one of the pairs, but nearly destroyed the other pair, (these were identical boots as the first pair, btw, so I don't know why they had so much trouble with them) making them unwearable, then said they couldn't fix them, and charged me for the failed resoling anyway. Needless to say, my husband was pretty bummed out that his favorite boots were now not even wearable. Happy Birthday! I've checked around other show repair places, and it's going to cost me more than $200 to get them fixed properly because not only are the soles gone, but the insole, footbed and everything in between as well. So, expect a summons soon, because I plan on suing."
"I brought in a pair of Carolina moc-toe work boots for a new sole. I work full time as a remodeling carpenter. These boots have been in service for 14 months. Shoe Doctor brought them back to life and the sole replacement is excellent, probably a better sole choice than the original. I wish I had done this six months ago."
